Ms. Figure Competition

Quest for the One Hand Chin-Up has some stunning photos from the 2008 Ms. Figure competition, along with coverage of the Arnold Fitness Expo.

This guy is amazing. Here I am trying to do one freaking regular chin-up. And he’s doing a one armed chin-up. Taking the site’s cue, I think I’m going to start up a website called Quest for the Two Hand Chin-Up.
