Let the record reflect that you’re an a-hole

What a funny clip from the Jennifer Brunner depostion. More about the depo here from WOSU. By the way, for the record I don't really think anyone in the video is an a-hole, but I think some of the people in the video were thinking it.

    Mr. Willison, I can always count on you for the intelligent post. But the "let the record reflect" stuff is pure genius. Pure genius I say.
  • While it is entertaining at times to see things get snippy in a deposition, I've seen it get a lot worse. And as bad as I have seen it get, it can't compare to some of the gems out of Cleveland. In fact, in Columbus, when a depo gets really heated, they call it a Cleveland depo.

    Further, it's sort of amusing to hear the attorney for the Secretary of State say that he wanted the record to reflect that Grendell threw the depo at Ms. Brunner. He did toss it, but it landed in front of her, and it was more of an intentional drop than a throw. The video captured it all, and thus we really didn't need the "let the record reflect" stuff.

    I didn't notice the first five times I watched this, but Secretary Brunner peeled off the exhibit sticker after It's My Depo threw it at her.

    Ashley, I can't get enough of this video. Definitely partisanship politics going on here. I love the part where Senator "It's my Deposition" Grendell grabbed the exhibits, marked it with an exhibit sticker, then threw it at Secretary Brunner.
