The 270 is powered by WordPress. WordPress is billed as "a state-of-the-art semantic personal publishing platform with a focus on aesthetics, web standards, and usability." Every bit of that is true. And best of all, it is free. I am somewhat new to the world of WordPress. And I'm only beginning to discover its power and beauty. Does anyone know if there is a WordPress Users Group in Columbus? If not, I'd be interested in starting one. Let me know in the comments section.

  • I just switched my blog to a WordPress platform. I went with the .com version because it's free vs the .org which my cohort, Maureen McCabe uses. It's been pretty easy to use although adding photos is a little trickier than it should be.
